1, When the watches arrive defective, you ship the watches back to us and we ship you replacement or refund you.
2, After wearing, when the watches needs repairing, you pay for round shipping and we do free repairing for you no matter for how long after the watch was sold. As long as the watch was bought from us. However, if the repairing involves replacing some part of the watch, e.g movement, glass, strap, etc, the cost is on your expense.
3, If you want us to take the custom risk and guarantee door to door delivery, you pay for full retail price of our watches and shipping cost plus 10% extra of the total amount (before shipping). Otherwise we guarantee just the safe pass of Chinese custom and custom out of China is not our responsibility.
Refund: When we can not supply the watch you order after your payment, we can refund you if you request. We refund by sending money through western union or paypal. Full refund.
